Our studies have shown how genomics can help people find answers, get better care, and live healthier lives.
We worked with the Victorian Government and health services to embed genomics in the state’s health system.

Our projects
Projects (2021-25)
These projects helped embed genomics in the Victorian health system: getting genomics into practice; building the expertise of the workforce; and increasing the use of genomic data for clinical care and research.
Projects (2016-20)
These projects laid the foundations for genomics in Victoria: establishing its clinical utility; investigating key considerations for bringing genomics into clinical care; and developing necessary education programs, software and procedures.
